BharatStey may provide an option to register or log in using Google Sign-In.

BharatStey does not receive your Google account password through Google Sign-In.

1.3 booking information

When you search for, make, manage or cancel a booking, we may collect information including your name, mobile number, email address, selected property, check-in date, check-out date, number of guests, number of rooms where applicable, special requests, booking ID, transaction reference, cancellation information and communications relating to the booking.

1.4 host information

If you list a property on BharatStey, we may collect your full name, mobile number, email address, property name, property address, property location, property photographs, property description, property amenities, pricing information, availability information, GST information where applicable, bank or payment information required for eligible payouts, ownership or authorization documents, verification information and business information.

1.5 property verification documents

Where required for verification, BharatStey may request documents including GST certificates, ownership proof, authorization letters, business registration documents, government-issued identification, property-related licences or permissions and other documents reasonably required for verification.

Such information may be used for property verification, compliance, fraud prevention, security and platform safety.

1.6 payment information

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers such as Razorpay or other authorized payment processors.

BharatStey does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV numbers, banking passwords or similar sensitive payment credentials on its own servers.

Payment service providers may independently process and retain payment-related information according to their applicable terms, privacy policies and legal obligations.

1.7 technical information

We may also use information to analyze platform performance, improve search and booking functionality, detect technical problems and protect BharatStey users and the platform from abuse.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may contact you through email, SMS, phone calls, WhatsApp, website notifications or push notifications where applicable.

Information shared with property hosts

When a booking is made, certain information may be shared with the relevant property host or authorized property representative so that the booking can be fulfilled.

Hosts must use guest information only for legitimate booking-related purposes and must not misuse, sell or unlawfully disclose such information.
