How do I get paid?

No listing fee, no monthly fee. Only a commission on confirmed bookings, agreed with you before your listing goes live — and 0% for founding partners in their first months (see the offer above).
Why do you ask for documents?
One Aadhaar photo and one property document (electricity bill or property paper) let Kiran confirm the place is real and yours. Guests see a Verified Owner badge — which is why they book with confidence. Documents stay in a private folder only our team can open; they are never shown on the site.
How long until it goes live?
Straight away. Your listing goes live as soon as you submit the basics: property name, place, price, number of guests and one photo. Then add your ID and one property document within 15 days to get the Verified Owner badge.
