About BharatStey

BharatStey (also written Bharat Stey) is a booking site for farmhouses, villas, resorts and hotels near Mumbai and Pune. We work from an office in Badlapur (E), in Thane district, and every stay is checked by our team before it is listed. You book direct with the host, and you can reach a real person on the phone or on WhatsApp.

What we do

We help families, groups of friends and office teams find a weekend stay outside the city. Our stays are in places like Badlapur, Karjat, Bhivpuri, Neral, Pawna Lake, Panshet, Lonavala, Malshej and Narayangaon. Most are farmhouses and resorts, many with a swimming pool and open lawns, and there are also private villas and hotels. Every stay page shows real photos, the amenities, how many guests it can take and the price, before you book.

We also run group trips with pickup from Thane, Kalyan, Ambernath, Badlapur and Karjat, such as pilgrimages to Tirupati, Shirdi and Pandharpur, and we book local taxis from Badlapur for airport transfers and one-way drops.

How we check a stay

Every property is reviewed by our team before it goes live on BharatStey. Hosts can also verify themselves by sharing an Aadhaar card and one property document, such as an electricity bill or a property paper. When that check is done, their listings show a Verified Owner badge. These documents are kept private and are never shown on the site.

How booking works

Pick a stay, choose your dates and the number of guests, and send the booking. Your account is verified once by SMS, WhatsApp or email. We send the confirmation on WhatsApp and email, and our Badlapur team is one message away if you have a question. Cancellation and refunds follow the policy shown for each booking; see our Cancellation and Refund Policy and Booking Rules for the details.

For property owners

If you own a farmhouse, villa, resort or hotel, you can list it on BharatStey for free. You set your own tariff, and our team helps you set up the listing. See the List Your Property page to get started.
