Payment Policy

BharatStey may use authorized payment processors including Razorpay.

1. Accepted payment methods

Depending on availability, BharatStey may support UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets and other supported payment methods.

2. Payment confirmation

A booking requiring advance payment may be confirmed only after successful payment.

3. Payment security

Payment credentials may be processed by the applicable payment processor. BharatStey does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV or banking passwords on its own servers.

4. Payment failure

If payment fails, the booking may remain unconfirmed.

5. Bank charges

Any charges imposed by the user's bank or financial institution may be the user's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

6. Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed according to the applicable cancellation and refund policy.
